Exercise Church

The focus is to build strength, increase alignment and cardio health while opening the mind and body connection. It is important to allow your emotions to move through your physical bodies. A regular movement practice is a great way to release stress and all the negative feelings carried. But don’t get me wrong, I love to kick some butt in a workout too!

After just one session, you will feel the difference. It is important we have fun, we laugh, we sometimes cry and we sweat together. I am here to guide you towards a deeper connection with yourself while also holding the much needed space to let ALL things move through you in a powerful way.

What to Expect:

Exercise Church is designed to create a supportive community of somatic movement together, nourishing your body, mind and soul. Each session allows for time to share, dynamic movements to increase alignment and strength, and breath work with stretching during cool down. These classes are designed specifically to the clients needs whether we keep it gentle, moderately challenging or take it into that ‘I can hardly breathe and am already sore before I leave’ place.
